ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed immediately. You should expect in-stock items to ship within 48 hours. You will be informed of any delay due to items that are temporarily out of stock.

SALES TAX
A sales tax of 8.25% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside of California .

PAYMENT
Twinklemax accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

For your protection, our on-line shopping cart transmits all credit card numbers using highly secure 128-bit encryption. For increased security, we do not store your credit card information on a server.

SHIPPING
Twinklemax offers shipping through UPS and USPS. Shipping charges are calculated at check out prior to finalizing order.
In-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours (M-F).
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
Tracking and delivery confirmation is available via UPS and USPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the United States. We no longer ship to Canada.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Twinklemax.com, please return it to us, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. The merchandise must be unworn and undamaged. The postmark must be no later than 30 days from delivery or refund privileges are void. Sorry, there are no returns on special orders.
